How does NormDer help costumer?[Rewrite]

NormDer is a service that helps owner shops or the interested place to promote their place on social media. NormDer is a new idea of our team that we provide shooting videos such as reviewing food in the customer shop and  reviewing places like travel places. Then we promote their place or our customer product on our website and our social media such as Instagram, Facebook page, twitter and youtube. Moreover when the customer buys our service we provide design posters for our customer social media and we also post promotions on our page also.

The idea of this project is that we want our customers to promote their place to the people of Cambodia and also around the world to see how beautiful Cambodia is . And as of now we can see that when people want to travel when they have a break with their work or study or something they just go to youtube , facebook , or Instagram to search for new places to travel because people right now they don’t want to go to the same place again and again. According to the interview my team gave to people in KIT, 70% of the interviewers said they want to travel to the new place if they will find the new place because that was more fun and a new experience better than the old place . And 30% of people said that sometimes they want to go to an old place because they want to review their memory and they feel more comfortable because they know that place is clear so it will be more safe for them.

  So after we interviewed some people in KIT we found out that we should make a service that can help people to find new travel places to make them more fun , get new experiences and create new memories with their friends , their family and lovely people. Moreover we want  to make sure that the place that we review is safe and comfortable to stay or to play there. Otherwise we also want our customer to promote to the people who want to travel to amazing places , comfortable and safe to people on social media. And as we do the research on the internet we found out that when the foreigner come to cambodia they do search on google which place to go and in this case we already create our own website to post the place that we reviewed so mean that we not only promote in cambodia to people who speak Khmer but we do promote to the world that they can search on the internet and they can find our customer’s place. Not the only websites twitter and youtube would be widely on the internet.

[Rewrite] PPAWS – Phnom Penh Animal Welfare Society

The Phnom Penh Animal Welfare Society (PPAWS) was first founded by Nicola Scales, an Englishwoman who worked as a teacher in 2011 in Phnom Penh, all from a desire to improve the difficult circumstances and lives that animals in Cambodia face. Since those early days, PPAWS has expanded to only be a household name in Cambodia for anyone concerned with animal welfare. The success of Nicola and the PPAWS team, which also includes Chamnan Nou, Kea Neak, and Heang Bun, has led PPAWS to expand its scope outside Phnom Penh. They now run missions around the nation in collaboration with other animal welfare and rescue organizations that share their values and with animal lovers who are all working to change the world. PPAWS established a second clinic in the southern Province of Kampot in 2019, providing veterinary services for pet owners. 

Their main goal is to raise animal welfare standards in Cambodia. They use funding from their veterinary business and donations from animal lovers in Cambodia and throughout the world to fund the achievement of this difficult objective, concentrating on working with pagodas taking care of helpless animals that have been abandoned or roam free, neutering and spaying of strays, finding home for animals that need extra care, educate about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

Operating out from the headquarters is PPAWS Veterinary Clinic where they have consultation and recovery rooms. The Clinic is staffed with several full-time and part-time veterinarians who are completely qualified. They are well assisted by additional on-site helpers and volunteers. By continuously staying up to date with modern medical technology and practices, they work to provide the clients’ pets with the best and most inexpensive medical care and treatments possible.

One of the most important aspects of what they do is training. They are welcome to have the opportunities to participate in school functions so they can educate the students about animal welfare guidance. Besides, they carry out unique missions to offer medical care while cooperating with animal lovers and other Animal Rescue organizations in Cambodia.

Pets at PPAWS frequently require foster homes. They are also always seeking for anyone who is willing to foster a cat or a dog until a permanent home can be found if none of the animals they have available for adoption at their clinic are right for you. Foodpanda Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. It has operated in more than 40 countries across 5 continents and one of the countries, Cambodia is in there. It comes from Berlin but it is not the reason why I recommended this food delivery service to you. When I use it and see for myself, I can say that this service is very friendly and fun to order your food. The first reason I recommend this to you is because the delivery time is fast. Whenever I am extremely hungry, I just take out my phone and order after 20-25 mins, the food will arrive. The delivery men are friendly but if you want them to drop your food in front of your door, they can also do that. Not just is the time fast, the delivery fee is also reasonable. The fee is not too expensive or too cheap, it is cheaper than other food delivery services in Cambodia. To use this service, you can download the app itself in the App Store, Google Play Store or directly from their website https://www.foodpanda.com.kh/. To order, you can see a lot of restaurants in your local area. Just go to one restaurant and you can see their menu then add to your cart and do the payment. They accept cash, ABA, Mastercard or credit card. And you can see your food delivery man on your phone map in the app.

Additionally, Foodpanda has rewarding system for user to earn point that can be exchange for free food. In the rewarding system, the application will get you challenges whenever you order food. When you order more, some challenges will be complete and you will get some point to save up for exchanging later on.

2. Nham24

The second one is Nham 24. Nham 24 was originally created in Cambodia. This food delivery service came from a buy and sell platform called Khmer24 also created in Cambodia. The price compared to Food panda is more expensive than. When you are hungry, you want your food as fast as possible. That is the reason why I recommend you to Nham 24. I can say that Food panda and Nham 24 are faster than others but the difference is the delivery fee. On top of that, Nham 24 provides me with more options of restaurants that are my favorite. To use this service you can do the same as Food panda but search Nham 24 in your App Store or Google Play Store, or you prefer a direct website https://nham24.com/. To order is the same as Food panda. Both Food panda and Nham 24 have a user-friendly interface.

[Rewrite] My Favorite Ride-hailing Services in Cambodia

Ride-hailing service has gained much popularity in the past five years and it seems that popularity continues to grow as more Cambodians are aware of its existence. Among all the providers of ride-hailing services in Cambodia, I would recommend two of them. One of them is Passapp and the other is Grab.

Passapp is the first ride-hailing service that I am aware of. It is also the first ride-hailing service that I used. It is probably the sentiment that I have toward the provider as my first ride-hailing service that made it one of my favorites, but it is not the reason that made Passapp on the recommendation list. One major feature that I see in Passapp is its popularity. It is also one of the oldest ride-hailing services in Cambodia. Its brand is so well known that people refer to all ride-hailing services in Cambodia as Passapp. It is very likely that you will hear Cambodians say “Let’s use Passapp” even though they refer to other ride-hailing providers like Grab or TADA. Though its popularity should be considered, I am more interested in the fact that it is well known. Because it is well known, there are a lot of drivers that associate themself with Passapp. This led to an abundance of availability. With that abundant availability, you are guaranteed that you will find a ride during non-busy hours. It is also highly possible that you will find a ride during busy hours. Another reason that made Passapp better than others is its ease of use. Once you start using Passapp, you will notice that the application loads fast. For many people whose mobile apps have a long loading time, having Passapp’s app load fast can be a life saver, especially when you need a ride urgently. The app is also user-friendly. It made new users easily get used to the app in no time. These are the reasons Passapp holds a spot on the recommendation list.

Grab is the second ride-hailing service that I used after Passapp. Though it came after Passapp, it has several features that could rival Passapp. In terms of technology for both the application and ride, Grab is on par with Passapp, probably even better. Nowadays along with normal rides, Grab also has eco rides that use electricity instead of gasoline or natural gas. A few years back, Grab’s app is quite slow but nowadays, it is as fast and as user-friendly as Passapp’s. To top it all off, Grab also actively provide coupons for users. You will love the various coupons that Grab provides almost regularly. It will save you a lot of money and worries over each ride’s expense. If you are an active user of Grab and Passapp like me you will notice that Passapp is better than Grab in terms of ride availability. However, Grab’s ride availability has grown significantly since it started its service in Cambodia and it is still growing. As I see it, Grab might surpass Passapp really soon, or maybe it already did. That is why Grab deserves a spot on the recommendation list.

My favoritism aside, both companies are currently two of the top players in the ride-hailing sector in Cambodia. Both of them have the biggest user base in the country. In terms of the service fees, both of them charge users relatively the same. They charge users around 3000KHR for the first kilometer and thereafter around 1200KHR for every kilometer. However, as I have mentioned, Grab provides numerous coupons that can help reduce the cost while using Grab. So, you are very likely to save more money with Grab than PassApp. In terms of the driver’s hospitality, you are very likely to experience a quiet ride. However, if you are a foreigner, it is likely the other way around. In addition, Grab and PassApp’s drivers usually provide a good service overall.

Passapp and Grab might have some edge over one another but they both will give you a good experience with ride-hailing service. Right now I admit that both Passapp and Grab deserve to be on the recommendation list, but I feel that very soon I will prefer Grab over Passapp if Grab continues its current directive. Nevertheless, you should try both of them, and see for yourself.
